A walk through nature

This morning the Year 1’s went for a stroll to see what nature had to offer. We spotted lots of blackberries, a variety of flowers and many different butterflies. We also took some time to sit and reflect on the sights and sounds around us.

Bike Assembly

What an amazing treat we had today! James Sheridan and the Shepway Sports Trust put on a fantastic bike display. It was a great way to start the day.

Visit from the Bishop

Today we had the pleasure of meeting the Bishop of Dover, Trevor Willmot who talked about his role within the church. The children thoroughly enjoyed his visit and thought of incredibly interesting questions to ask.

Love the earth

In celebration of ‘Love the Earth’ month we used pressed flower petals to create beautiful bookmarks. It was very tricky to arrange the smallest of the the petals but the children were very creative in their arrangements. They look stunning!

Museum of Kent Life

Today we had our exciting school trip to the Museum of Kent Life.
